Sr System Administrator

ColorTV is looking for a standout, passionate, and experienced engineer to join our Engineering team. We are immediately hiring a Sr System Administrator to join our team in West Hollywood. Advance Linux experience is a must, so if you don’t work in Linux Environment heavily in your most recent job please do not apply for it!

  • Design, develop and maintain the security layer of system infrastructure
  • Optimize the performance and ensure high availability of system infrastructure
  • Develop monitoring report system, alerting system and automatic deployment system, and provide 24×7 monitoring support to our infrastructure
  • Housekeeping our infrastructure including switches and servers in multiple data centers
  • Office IT tasks and support.

What will you do?

Monitor the health performance of application program interface and user interface of demand side platforms in 24/7, able to probe and provide instant solution to ensure minimum down time.

Provide technical support to the engineering team and CTO on technical problem solving, in order to facilitate the communication between account managers and user clients of demand side platforms.

VP, Connected TV/OTT

Consumer adoption of streaming and Connected TV has significantly accelerated, creating ad monetization opportunities for ad-supported content creators. Growing Connected TV viewership also translates to more opportunities for advertisers to stream their commercials alongside premium content, and do so via programmatic channels.

ColorTV is looking for a dynamic business leader to grow and scale our global programmatic OTT/CTV business. As Vice President, CTV/OTT, you will be responsible for strategy definition, operational execution, internal and external evangelization, and global scaling of OTT/CTV while managing a high performing cross-functional team.


  • Define the business strategy for our OTT monetization solutions across devices (Connected TV, Mobile) based on market opportunity, customer needs, our product capabilities, and competitive differentiation. Understand global regional market needs.
  • Work with customers, sales, operations, engineering, business intelligence, marketing and product management to assess the technical feasibility of features, manage product roadmaps, develop product specifications and GTM strategies for Core Marketplace products and features of complex ad exchange platforms.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all Video related inquiries and train key stakeholders on how to communicate ColorTV’s positioning in the marketplace.
  • Provide authoritative insight on the Video market and product needs. Develop a comprehensive go to market strategy using research data and financial planning to assess position, path, and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to evangelize ColorTV’s offering to external ecosystem and internal constituencies, train our global go-to-market organization.
  • Provide support to our Sales and Customer Success leaders around the world to acquire and scale publisher customers and hire and train OTT/CTV experts across the organization.
  • Develop and nurture sales team with an emphasis on securing agency / advertiser CTV budgets.
  • Be willing to travel globally up to 30% of the time to drive key customer/prospect interactions, product engagement and internal knowledge sharing


  • In-depth experience in programmatic video and OTT/CTV monetization, including strong grasp of OTT monetization products
  • Deep expertise and understanding of the online display, mobile, video advertising (mobile, shortform, long-form, instream or outstream) space both from a publisher, exchange and buy-side perspective.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem from the publisher perspective, buyer perspective or both
  • Established rolodex and relationships across the OTT ecosystem (OTT publishers, media agency executives, TV and Broadcast buyers, technology vendors)
  • Strong expertise (10+ years) in programmatic advertising, with a deep background in all of the fundamentals of programmatic trading
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing and scaling ad global businesses and teams
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving to work effectively in a cross-functional role
  • An ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization, ranging from detailed product documentation for engineering to executive level presentation skills to developing sales training materials.
  • Experience with both Programmatic and Linear TV is a plus
  • Ability to travel to drive ColorTV’s global agenda

Information Technology Manager

Develop and execute the technology strategy on the mobile software tied to AdCel product roadmap and delivery timelines while ensuring quality, stability, security, and customer satisfaction. Consolidate mobile technology platforms. Track, analyze and monitor mobile products and performance metrics. Identify new areas of mobile marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture form on mobile products. Identify mobile opportunities for mobile services. Collaborate with department heads. Ensure technology standards are met. Monitor mobile products analytics. Establish software development process and set objectives for process. Review time frames and budgets. Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans. Will supervise ten (10) employees: 6 software engineers; 2 DevOps engineers and 2 QA engineers. Job Description

ColorTV’s Accountant primarily focuses on the preparation, organization, and

coordination of all aspects regarding invoices/vendors for the Group. Accountant will ensure

accuracy and compliant accounting procedures are maintained across all entities. We are

looking for an Accountant with a strong background in international financial accounting and

outstanding people skills. In this role, you will also be required to work with the accounting

team, external consultants, COO, and CEO.

Your key responsibilities:

-Preparation of journal entries.

-Invoice entry and aging reporting.

-Coding GL expense accounts and due date per vendor terms.

-Perform general ledger reconciliations.

-Resolve any ad hoc requests from the Group.


-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-2+ years of accounting experience ideally in SaaS or digital advertising industry.

-Experience in working in a corporate/professional environment.

-Familiarity with IFRS (and/or AASB) and related reporting requirements.

-Advanced Excel skills.

-Strong knowledge in QuickBooks is a plus.
