What will you do?

· Monitor the health performance of application program interface and user interface of demand side platforms in 24/7, able to probe and provide instant solution to ensure minimum down time.

· Provide technical support to the engineering team and CTO on technical problem solving, in order to facilitate the communication between account managers and user clients of demand side platforms.

· Constantly research and improve the work performance of demand side platform parts, such as user interface, application program interface and backend time-based job scheduler.

Job Description

EngageBDR’s Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, assist in preparation of financial statements, and other accounting functions within the organization. Senior Accountant will ensure accuracy of accounting standards are maintained across all entities. The Senior Accountant will prepare reconciliations and preform month end closing procedures. We are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong background in international financial accounting and outstanding people skills. In this role, you will also be required to work with the accounting team, external consultants, COO, and CEO.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
  • Preform month end and year end closing procedures
  • Assist in the annual audit and semi-annual review. 
  • Analysis of the general ledger accounts to support period end balances. 
  • Resolve any ad hoc requests and provide accounting support as needed. 

Qualifications:

The DSP Sales Manager will be responsible for partnering with trading desks, digital agencies, brands, and internal teams to drive Private Marketplace revenue. This role will also serve as a programmatic subject matter expert working directly with brands, agencies, and their respective trading desks.

– Rolodex of brands, agencies and trading desks, well immersed in the space and is currently transacting with agencies, brands and trading desks. 

– 3+ Years working with Agency trading desks/Agencies with a good understanding of what they are looking for

– Deep understanding of mobile app landscape and creating high performing PMP’s to attract agency trading desk buyers. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new programmatic business opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with trading desk leads, strengthening partnerships for future business
  • Drive new Private Marketplace revenue and meet quarterly revenue targets as set by management

As Senior Manager, Business Development at engageBDR, you are a hunter with the ability to hit the ground running acquiring new publishers on the engageBDR exchange. You command a solid understanding of the ad tech space and will be meeting with top tier publishers. Your role is critical to growing the New Supply business and expanding our direct publisher platform.  In addition, you will have influence over product and marketing to support your sales needs. You will have exceptional verbal, written, communication and presentation skill; and you’re self-motivated and a positive team player. Good problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity demonstrated through solid work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Generate new desktop, mobile web and mobile in-app top and mid-tier publishers to power the engageBDR exchange.
  • Develop strategies to engage and sign new Publisher partners
  • Communicate the business benefits of engageBDR product suite and capabilities
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, prioritize accounts and manage to quarterly revenue goals

As an Ad Operations Associate, your team oversees the success and monetization of media inventory on a daily basis. This includes, but it not limited to the following:

Must Haves:

Marketplace Management

  • Optimization — Review server reports, analyze data, and make suggestions to improve performance
  • Inventory mapping — Determining proper mapping for publisher tags, setting price floors, whitelisting and blacklisting non-filling inventory.  
  • Pacing and Delivery — Increasing and decreasing delivery caps while monitoring whitelists / blacklists as outlined by Account Managers
  • Margin Control — Ensuring correct floors are set, monitoring margins on a daily basis, adjusting price floors if needed to maintain baseline margin. 
  • Communication — Communicating with Account Managers and Publisher Managers on delivery caps, restrictions, and fill rate improvement strategies
  • Overseeing the day to day success of campaigns — Overall platform management on both Advertiser and Publisher levels

Data Analysis

  • Report Consolidation — Running 3rd party reports and cross referencing with internal numbers
  • Margin Assessment — Checking for discrepancies and technical issues preventing from data alignment on a daily / weekly basis
  • Working closely with internal sales and supply team — Notifying internal team about issues and potential opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Mapping and whitelisting A-domain responses from DSP buyers
